to lead in the market. So it is necessary to adapt to
the dynamic structure of this era, and to be open to changes
and innovations. Therefore, companies have to adapt the
new systems, technique and the technology to themselves.

and suppliers. Multi-trained operator teams are employed
at every stage of production, and the machines with
a high flexibility and a high level of automation are
used. On the other hand, responsibility is distributed
down to the lowest levels of organizational structure
of the company. This responsibility means that staff
has a freedom of controlling its own work.

| Our company is in operation
under the conditions of TS EN ISO 9001:2000 Quality System
Document which had been obtained in January 2004, beginning
the works of ISO/TS 16949:2002 Quality Management System
which has a vision of the main system to provide the continuous
improvement and the defect prevention that are both formed
by the inclusion of special requirements, and aiming to
be certified by the end of 2004, by enhancing the targets
furthermore. |
